What to put in the letter

The page you were on, and the figure or sentence you are writing about. A wrong inch, a drawer count that does not match the box, a photograph that shows a colour the card does not name: any of those, with the page, gets fixed and the fix gets noted on the updates page.

If you are choosing between two pieces and want the figures laid side by side, write. We hold the measurements and will send them back plainly.

What we cannot do from here

Anything about a specific order. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. Your order number, delivery date, missing hardware and return window live in the account you bought with, and the people there can see them; we cannot.

Your room

We will answer questions about a piece, a measurement or a finish. We will not tell you whether a dresser is safe on your particular wall or a chair right for your particular back, because we cannot see either: the anchoring kit and the OSHA figures are on the page, and the rest is a look at your own room or a conversation with a doctor.
