A crate is measured against the dog, not the room: the animal should stand without touching the top and turn around without touching the sides, and the card prints the inside length. The wire crate is the one for a puppy in training; the furniture-style crates are a wood cabinet with a crate inside, with a divider that makes two rooms for two dogs, and a top that carries a lamp. The wooden kennel is built to stand at the end of a sofa as an end table.

The beds are two shapes: a flat orthopaedic mattress for an old dog that no longer curls, and a donut with a raised rim for a dog that sleeps against something. The cat tree stands 54 inches with sisal posts and a perch at the top; the carrier is hard-sided at 23 inches for a cat or a small dog on a car journey. What size DUMOS dog crate does your dog need?

Measure the dog from nose to base of tail and add four inches for the length, and from floor to the top of the head for the height: the animal should stand and turn without touching the crate. The wire crate is 36 inches; the wooden crate is 42, cut for a large breed; the double crates come in 54 inches for small dogs and 63 for medium, and both divide into two rooms.

Can a DUMOS furniture crate carry a TV on top?

A lamp, a plant and a few books, yes; the top is wood over a steel crate and the card prints its stated capacity. A TV belongs on a TV stand that is anchored to the wall, which is the commission's advice for every TV in the house.

Is a DUMOS dog bed washable?

The covers unzip and go in the machine on cold; the foam inside the orthopaedic bed stays out of the wash. The donut bed is a single piece and washes whole on a gentle cycle, and it dries slowly.
