This shelf is short and split down the middle. On the adult side, the weight bench adjusts through incline, flat and decline and folds against a wall; the vibration plate stands where a bath mat would; the squat machine and the ab equipment fold flat; the under-desk ellipticals pedal under the standing desks two rooms over, which is one answer to OSHA's sentence about not sitting still (the sentence itself is on our updates page with the rest of the sources). Capacities are on the cards, and none of these is a treatment for anything: a machine you use is exercise, and a machine you do not is furniture.
On the child's side, the basketball hoop rises from 6 feet to 10 on a portable base you fill with sand or water, and the Pikler triangle is a climbing frame with a ramp and a slide that folds flat when the room is needed for something else. The stuffed-animal storage is a soft cage that takes the collection off the bed. Age ranges and weight limits are our stated figures and stand on every card.

How much weight does a DUMOS weight bench hold?
We state 660 lb for the person and the weights together and the card prints it. Read it against your own weight plus the heaviest bar you lift, not against your weight alone; the bench adjusts from decline to incline and folds flat against a wall.
What age is a DUMOS Pikler triangle for?
We state an age range and a weight limit on the page, and they are the figures to read. The triangle folds flat, the ramp doubles as a slide, and it stands on a rug indoors; a climbing frame is used with an adult in the room.
What does a DUMOS vibration plate actually do?
It shakes. The plate is a platform on a motor that vibrates while you stand or squat on it, and the card prints its motor and its capacity rather than a promise about your body; the exercise is the standing and the squatting. A machine you use is exercise and a machine you do not is furniture.
