A folding chair is bought by the pack for the one weekend a year the whole family sits down at once, and the card prints the price per chair beside the pack so a pack of ten reads as what it is. The padded chairs put a cushion on a steel frame and stack for the closet; the plastic chairs are lighter, wipe clean and stack higher; the packs run two, four, six, ten and twenty. The stated capacity, 200 to 330 lb, is on every card.

The waiting-room chairs are the other half of the page: PU leather seats on a sled or a four-leg frame, in sets of two, four, six and eight, for a home office that receives clients or a hallway that needs a bench. They do not fold. The folding floor chairs are the odd ones out, a padded back with no legs for sitting on a rug in front of a low table, and they fold flat like the rest.

DUMOS Folding Chairs: questions

What people ask us about folding chairs before they pick a piece.

How many DUMOS folding chairs come in a pack?

Two, four, six, ten or twenty, and each pack is a row on this page with the price per chair beside it. The twenty-pack is the plastic chair; the padded chairs go up to ten.

Are DUMOS waiting room chairs sold as a bench?

As separate chairs in sets of two to eight, on sled or four-leg frames, so a row of four is four chairs and not one bench; each chair prints its own capacity.
